Have to Say the worst experience with customer service ordering and delivery of anything i have ever bought in my entire life. was told 2 weeks and it took 4 went to install it the tile in my shower and 1 box was wrong color. returned they said friday it will be in now 2 weeks later and still no new tile and they say now they cant find anymore which means i am 9 pieces shy of having shower done. Big showroom devoid of salespeople. Finally found what we liked, took a sample home. Perfect. Back to order, which seemed complicated. Promised next Friday delivery. Actual delivery 3 weeks later AND WHEN WE GOT THE ORDER HOME, IT WAS THE WRONG TILE. Nasty on the phone to add to our displeasure. Definitely not worth trading with these people.
I spent over three grand on tile here for a bathroom remodel and really wish I had gone elsewhere. First of all the mosaics I ordered came in the wrong color and was told they would take a few days but that turned into a few weeks. I was lied to each time I called to see if they had come in. Finally I went up there very upset and the manager (Kim) who was also the sales person that ordered everything was not there so I told someone else to look up my order and call to see where it was. Customer service is terrible. Ordered back splash tile and was told it would be about a week. After 2 weeks, I went to pick up and was informed it would take another 6-8 weeks as it’s on backorder (never received a call informing me). I then waited another 10 weeks and went to see what was going on. Lady tells me she has been calling to find out where my order was but hasn’t heard anything.
