Couldn't speak more highly of Matt and everyone on his team! Matt is super communicative and easy to work with. Matt took on a big house project for us that involved ripping up flooring in our kitchen and both bathrooms, while taking one bathroom all the way down to the studs. They do work above and beyond tile installation, which for me involved everything from installing new fixtures to adding support to a structural joist that a previous owner had cut through to re-plumbing decades-worth of DIY solutions. *I have modified this review to reflect 3 stars as the owner offered to return, remove the old grout and regrout. Although the tiles still aren't perfect, it seems to be much better visually then it was before. The review is not meant to be personal opinion or meant to slander, it is a review of a final product result that was paid for. Issues for a 3 star: 1)Cleanup: there was dust and grout on the undersides of the cabinets and counter when the job was done. Matt is so kind and wonderful to work with. We hired Tile Specialists to install a kitchen backsplash (with a mosaic as the focal point) and a bathroom floor. He listened to what we wanted and the end result is so beautiful! We did not have any issues, but I know if we were to ever have issues, he would make it right. I'm really thankful for Matt and his crew!
Matt and his crew did a great job on our kitchen backsplash. We wanted a herringbone pattern, and it looks awesome! Highly recommend.
