I asked Tile Pro to install a walk-in shower: I had specific needs and thoughts about what I wanted. Jim and Tyson were very concerned that I got just what I wanted. I got more than I hoped for. The shower is functional, beautiful, and am so happy with it. They are professional, kind, and concerned with customer satisfaction. They also installed some tile in several rooms of my home. I had a really disappointing experience with this company. They came out, took measurements, and said they would send over a bid. After that, I followed up multiple times and kept getting told it was coming, but it never did. Eventually, they just stopped responding altogether. No explanation, no update, nothing. It feels like a complete lack of respect for my time, especially after I made the effort to meet with them and wait on their estimate. We can't recommend Tile Pro enough. Jim and Tyson did a great job on our bathrooms. The pricing was fair and we appreciated them giving us time to think through the project with them. They kept our house clean during the demo, were very respectful, and did great work on the new tile. We are excited to have them come back for future projects.
Tile pro did a great job with our backsplash! Jim and his son set the tile in a day and grouted the next day. I appreciate him bringing a grout color chart so we could see which color we wanted with the tile. I appreciated his advice on how to lay the tile while ultimately leaving it up to us. After the tile was laid, there was an awkward spot between the end of the tile and the bottom of the cabinet that could be seen across the kitchen.
