At the time of purchase, was told tiling is suitable for bathrooms and is water resistant and we will experience no issues. Less than 2 years later, the tiling has started to bow and has lifted off the surface. Have been in dispute with Lukman to rectify this. After multiple messages and laborious form filing, he is still unable to provide us with a satisfying outcome. Even after our builder has confirmed the flooring was laid to correct installation guidance. We trust our builder, we do not trust Tile Planet or their employ... read more
