I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, Ceramic Tile Specialist at the Ft. Myers, FL showroom who is very knowledgeable, creative designer with a friendly disposition. She selected the perfect tile for my project and complete accessories needed. I highly recommend Stephanie at Tile Outlets of America.
Everyone at the At the store was extremely friendly and eager to help. Ray went out of his way to help me tie some things up to ensure it gets transported correctly. I could only wish this store was local to me. 10 stars of if I could.
Years ago, I came to the store and I loved it so greeted me at the door and helped me through the process. Today I walked in around 2:30 one person at the counter three people driving around on forklift. I was there over an hour, not one person came up to me asked if I wanted help. Neither just say I couldn’t find anyone to help me. What’s going on?
