Lovely family run business. The female owner was so lovely and spent time showing me various different samples. She was also honest and didn’t try to up sell me on something that didn’t suit my style. Would highly recommend.
I went too a lot of places before I discovered Tile Living . It made appreciate excellent customer service. Maria and Franco are delightful. They listen to you, advise and guide you through the many tiles. Nothing is too much trouble, and they don't push for a sale! Even when some tiles arrived damaged in transit. They replaced, no questions asked and no cost to me. I highly recommend this company
Typical sales people, take your money and run away. There are so many other tiles and flooring places out there - avoid Tile Living is you want peace of mind. Go and see Joanne at Living Tiles in Rozelle instead - she is helpful, honest and they stand by their products. This bunch are just scammers.
All the staff at Tile Living were extremely helpful from the moment we visited the showroom until our tile delivery occurred. They were more than happy to provide us with 2 samples to take home and help us choose the most suitable tile. It was not a hassle to push back our delivery date when the work was delayed, and the tiles arrived on the new date arranged.
