Extremely good customer service. I went in trying to get a match to replace a few tiles on a floor I had to brake out to fix a leak and they spent hours trying to find a match for what was going to be a vary small order
My mom and I just visited and I must say Donald and Katie are amazing! So friendly and helpful and will work with you to figure out what works best in your space! Don has a so much knowledge about each tile and what is best to lay where! I am so thankful that they were able to help us find the solution for our space! We spent an hour back and fourth on ideas and what not. I highly recommend using them for your next tile project!
Went into the shop not really knowing what I wanted. Steve scheduled me an appointment with their designer. She listened and made amazing suggestions which helped me make a decision quickly. Steve also delivered the tile directly to my house so I didn't have to make an extra trip. Can't wait to get this bathroom remodel done!
