I called many times to get my spare tiles. The secretary said she would call me back, but never did. Very poor customer service, I wish I could give zero star, and she wants to argue that the spare tiles belongs to them.
Have worked with this company for 4+ years and wouldn't think of utilizing another tile company. Takes pride in their work. Provides warranty and maintains professionalism. Gloria answers the phones and is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Brandon and Gloria are both very responsive to scheduling, concerns, issues, all of the above!
This company is rock solid! I have been doing business with them for many years and I can confirm there professionalism. They do clean work and do what they say they are going to do. Five star company that I would recommend to anybody.
