Store is gone. Made appointment but didn't show up and doesn't answer the phone. All very good for business Added: Made an appointment last week by phone. Since nobody showed up I went to the store (as pictured on Google maps). There's a lock outside and the name has been removed. Alas, no more store. I reached out because of the good reviews, but that once was I guess.
I received a number of quotes from other tile companies and most of them seemed quite inflated. His price was right about where it should be and he even did a few additional upgrades to my shower and bathroom for the price. He raised the ceiling height and installed new tile flooring in the rest of the bathroom. Throughout the process he made sure to inform me of options that were available such as doing built in shelving and other features. The experience with Tile Florida LLC was frustrating. They showed up late, dragged the project out longer than promised, and left a huge mess behind. Definitely not professional service.
Communication was a nightmare. Calls and texts went unanswered for days, and when I finally got updates, the excuses never matched the reality. I would not trust Tile Florida LLC with another project.
Tile Florida LLC overpromises and underdelivers. The workmanship was below average, the finishing was sloppy, and the customer service was dismissive when I raised my concerns. Not worth the money.
