Tile Expo – Potential Customers Beware!!! In 3/08 they took a large deposit, cashed the check, and never started or completed any work in my home. I won a legal judgment against them in 6/08 and they have still not paid me. They are both dishonest and unethical...this has been a terrible experience for which I am out thousands of dollars! Based on my experience, this is the last place you want to do business!
The Tile Expo-Great service – I am writing this review in response to the job that Tile Expo did for me. The Store's prices were far better than other tile stores that I visited. The selection of tile that they offered was great and the sales person Heather helped our family greatly in the design of our kitchen counters, and helped us in the process of installation with a very helpful group of installers. I would recommend anyone looking for a good job at a great price with great customer service.
Great working with Tile Expo – I had great success when working with Tile Expo. They were very informative and helpful when helping me with my selection. They gave me a price and I of course shopped it around. I learned they had given me a really good price. So I went back to them and purchased and they told me it would be about a week at the most. Avoid Buying from here – I am having the exact same experience as the gentlemen who wrote before me. In addition, when they finally had my order "ready" there were tiles missing. They said they would UPS them to me and it has been two weeks. I just called the manager Balt and am waiting for a call back. I don't plan on holding my breath. Too bad because I do not plan on letting this go. The price was cheaper than other stores but now I know why.
