I love the selection and Jason, one of their staff members was fantastic to work with, but sadly they do not take any unused tile back for a refund or store credit. Even if the box has not been opened. Unfortunately for me, someone who renovates houses often, this is a deal breaker. There are too many other tile stores that will accommodate the returning of extra tile so that is where I will shop from now on.
