The Tile Collection stone fabrication shop is the best!! During a recent remodel in my personal home, they installed two bathroom countertops (guest and master), one kitchen countertop, and a bathroom waterfall seat in a new master shower. Excellent selection, quality install & MORE. We loved the quality of the job they did. And we asked them to come back after 6 years and touch up our shower grout. They did an AWESOME job. It looks brand new again. Larry Meyers, their restoration expert, was a great person to get it done.
I'm a bit conflicted as to what to say. The fabrication shop was extremely helpful ... but because I indicated to the salesperson in the showroom I was looking to buy a very small quantity it seemed to me that I was subsequently ignored. Maybe that was justified ... or maybe the salesperson could have figured out a way to help me solve my issue.
I love The Tile Shop. The selection of material is astounding .. and the vignettes don't a great job of showing how all the various styles and pieces can be used. Glen and Mike are very helpful ... and patient. Folks ... you do a great job at being a customer friendly establishment.
Both the show room, tile center and the stone fabrication center is top service. Everything from design, templates, delivery, and install they are the best. They have been part of two bathrooms and a kitchen and I will continue to use them with our investment home renovations.
