This store has got to be the most incompetent, misleading, and unfriendly place to shop for tile in Florence. Carried them the square footage needed from the tile setter. Was told how much was needed. Bought the tile from them. Was oversold by over a box. Went to carry it back, they refused saying it was special order. It was not a special order. Their store is in Columbia and that is where they get their tile. Not special order situation. Also said no one buys white tile ????????????. Called Columbia store who ever answered... read more
