Worst store and even Worse customer service. i ordered tiles for kitchen, owner went to shop picked tiles , paid for the tiles , got told will be arriving a week after , called the shop after a week and 1 day , got told on the phone that the tiles i ordered is discontinued after i waited a week and 1 day and i booked tiler , then i went to south Coast tiles, placed my order and next day tiles arrived to the shop , never go to tile and bathroom Albion park . Would give zero stars if i could.
We are over the moon with our bathroom. I also want to compliment the guys that were on site every day getting the job done. They were hard working, polite and friendly and made the whole process run so smoothly. To have our bathroom completed in such a timely manner well within the specified timeframe was amazing. I would not hesitate to highly recommend the team from That Tile & Bathroom Place at Albion Park. We will definitely be using them again when we are ready to do our ensuite.

Kathy & Rick looked after me with no hesitation and even when i found out at the time the standard sink needed to be a slim line, Rick smiled and without question swapped it over and kindly loaded it to my car. A very happy team to engage with, product was quality and in stock. Thanks again:)
