I worked with Robin Raab and can not say enough about how helpful she was! I had 3 bathrooms I needed to select products for. I have already recommended her to numerous friends. She was so incredibly helpful and patient - she helped me think of everything. Robin offered me numerous options based on what I said I was looking for - including different price points. Excellent service. Staff was incredibly helpful. They spent a great deal of time helping me select our choices for our bathroom renovation. We never felt rushed at any moment during our visit, and we never felt like we were pressured to make a decision or submit our order immediately. The prices were also very reasonable. We will definitely go here again for our next project! Great job for all of them 10 stars 🌟
We had a wonderful experience at Tile America in Fairfield. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was the 6th tile store that we had visited and it was certainly a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming and willing to assist.
