Robin Raab of Tile America was so helpful to us. We were trying to replace three cracked marble tiles in our bathroom floor installed 15 years ago using Tile America tiles. Robin was not only able to get into their discontinued computer system to find our old order to identify our tile, but she also recommended a great tile installer ( Good Designs By Bob Danjczek) who did a perfect job getting the old tiles out and installing the new ones in, then cleaning the floor and sealing it so that it looks just like the original. We worked with Pat Demaio she helped us pick out tiles the would enhance the look of our vintage claw foot bath tub. Tiles arrived quickly well in advance of out instillation date. We were pleased with the attention we got to complete our bath remodel.
