I needed to order flowers for a funeral and being out of state I searched reviews of New Bern florists. I decided on Tildys. They were very helpful and patient with my requests. They contacted the funeral home and let me know when it would be delivered. They also sent a picture when it was delivered. The flowers are beautiful. I’m very glad I chose Tildys.
I called to have a same day delivery to a friend who unexpectedly lost a family member and Tildy made ordering so easy. Customer service was unmatched, I called with no vision in mind and they made the most beautiful bouquet. They told me the flowers that were in season and what they would use to make the bouquet. I called Tildy Florist in New Bern from Maryland to have a mum delivered to my brother who is battling cancer. I was looking for a specific variety. Rachel called her wholesaler and when they couldn’t help, she offered to look at garden centers for me. This level of service is beyond extraordinary and her kindness touched me deeply.
