I like the new look grate job teams keep up the great appearance.
Decent building. Like the elevators and it's clean and being renovated. Nice mini sit down slight kid park being built and almost ready, it's actually attached to the building, so very nice and parking lot attached as well. Not the greatest neighborhood but not the worst.
Apartments are big. Heat is good. Most apartments have a terrace and the building is always clean. It's also safe...always under surveillance.
Clean... pleasant maintenance staff
