What once was a trustworthy establishment to me, is now not the place I would send my mother to, nor do I plan on using them again, because of the flip flopping stories between the son, father, and their "long time mechanic" who gives me the creeps and just says "yup" to everything. Maybe try telling people exactly what you did when you order parts that don't fit and "have to order OE from Nissan". Update 8/12/25: just coming back here to reiterate how amazing this place is. If they ever went out of business I’d probably just sell my car and ride my bike everywhere I've been using Tilden Care Care for a few years I've always been happy with the experience and service. They are direct about what you need and don't try to upsell you or tell you that service is needed that's not. I trust them and will continue bringing my vehicles here for service and general issues.
Have used them for years and always get quality service at a fare price. Just honest people. A father and son business that will be straight with you and not try to up-sell you on things you don't need. I now have taken four cars that I have owned to them and will keep coming back.
Recently took my car into Tilden the other day after living in another state and using other service stations around Raleigh for a variety of reasons. They got me in right away and fixed my problem in seriously 10 minutes. Just took the best care of me and will now be going back exclusively. Great, honest people who care and will help with any car troubles. Team Tilden all the way!!
They are calm friendly and fast. Will only fix things if they are needed 100% recommend Mike Mike and family.
