Always friendly with great service I provide rides for friends often
We drove a half hour to come to this walk in clinic because it was the only one in town. Waited two hours to see the doctor just for him to poke me in my stomach and say he didn’t think it was my appendix and hand me a requisition form. I wish I was kidding Unfortunately it did not end there. When I went to book my ultrasound, we realized that the doctor did not fill out the form to its completion so the ultrasound place could not accept the form. No complaints. Was there today got my prescription had to go back because it was wrong. Told the receptionist she showed it to the doctor and got it right. The receptionist is friendly the doc knows his stuff good experience
The wait time isn’t terrible but the doctor experience itself is subpar. I would like to note that this is the only walk in available for a wide range of small towns. They are swamped and under a lot of stress. Our healthcare system is failing us.
Out of town Ontarian came here due to an unexpected bout with strep. Wait time was reasonable; looked endless at first but in/out in 2 hrs. Staff was great. thx Tilbury for exceeding expectations.
