Excellent service!
I went into the walkin clinic today and was unfortunately seen by Dr. Koutelas. I have been suffering from a migraine for 5 days and was seeking help and a second opinion after spending a day in the hospital (on day 2 of the migraine and still not feeling relief) not only did he shame me for “not going in within 72 hours” regardless of me explaining that I was in the hospital, he repeatedly told me he can’t help me now because it’s too late. Horrible reception. A person who doesn't like answering phones should NOT be in charge of reception. I had to call the pharmacy to get them to leave a message for them because they do not answer their phones.
Receptionist and pharmacy staff super helpful.
