I had never taken my dog here before today. Tilbury vets was amazing and I would recommend them to every person I can. They treated my Charlotte with dignity and respect. They gave us a moment to say goodbye, they were unjudgmental and for that I am forever thankful. They were able to get her in right away so that our sweet pup didn’t have to suffer. Thank you for all that you do, forever greatful !
If possibly I would give 0 stars. The vet techs are all awesome and want to do whats best for your animals but the vet Dr khan is just money hungry and doesnt care about the animals at all. He will take the most costly route to make sure you are paying way to much for the service. Doesn't take pawr vouchers for spay/neuters because he isn't "a charity". Prices of everything he sells is unmarked 100%. Doesn't take care of his employees or the animals that come in.
Very friendly staff and had patients with Miss Molly who did not want to give up her blood lol
