Used the automatic truck wash this morning, truck came out worse then when I drove in! 😡 Third time this has happened. Automatic truck wash is a waste of money and time. I don’t have the time to waste on rewashes. I’ll just have the truck washed somewhere else. Used to be the best truck wash around…not anymore 👎🏻
Had a great experience with gaint truck and a good talk with the manager Jon. I left there still laughing from a joke Jon told me. Great wash, awesome staff. Will be back.
When I got my truck washed I had a few questions so I spoke with John the manager & he went above & beyond to help
Top-notch service from start to finish. Pulled in with a filthy rig and left looking brand new. The new manager Hunter clearly knows what hes doing! He was super friendly, efficient, and the whole team seems more dialled in. You can tell they care about the work. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Tilbury!
