I was driving from Toronto to Windsor when I had an issue with my Key Fob in my Durango not being found. I was concerned that I may not be able to start the car again afterwards, so I pulled off the highway into Tilbury Chrysler and the service advisor took care of me. She checked out the remote and looked for a recall, and determined it was probably the battery (surprising at a vehicle less than a year old). The battery was replaced and I was back on the road in no time. THANK YOU TILBURY CHRYSLER for AMAZING SERVICE!

If you need to buy a vehicle, go see Danny at Tilbury Chrysler! This guy goes above and beyond for his customers! When I was there looking at trucks and filling out paperwork, my son was complaining he was starving. Danny ran across the road and bought him a kids meal from McDonald’s. This is my second purchase at this location I have had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my new to me vehicle. The sales person Mitch was very personable and accommodating. We were able to negotiate a fair deal. Jamie was very thorough with going over the warranty options and such I would highly recommend them to anyone Thanks for a great experience
