I asked for a balance and they went and checked the tires? I asked why? They said, "If the tires are worn wrong can cause a vibration at certain speeds. We want to make sure you really need a balance, we don’t want to charge you for something you do not need". I thought that was honest and they did balance the wheels and the vibration went away. I'll be using this shop and the other location more often and you should too! Good honest people, hard to find these days. Thanks everyone!
