Tikva should hire staff with academic education as well as training on mental health, diversity, customer service, opression, discrimination, poverty, everyting! They treat us like garbage since we are clients and they are the staff. Not treated with respect, just with despise, anger, racism, discrimination, it's a shame clients become victims instead of successful stories.
