This was the first place I’ve ever tried yoga at in a group setting and now have been to several classes and I have always walked away from it feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and centered. It’s a great atmosphere, it’s fun and good for YOU.
Went with my mom and had a great time at pajama yoga!
