Extremely disappointing experience. We came in with our group and had already found seating, and there appeared to be plenty of space available in the restaurant. Instead of calmly explaining any capacity limits or policies, the owner approached us in a very rude and confrontational way and told us to leave. What made it worse was being spoken to loudly and being yelled at in front of other customers. It felt embarrassing and unnecessary. Rude manager. Avoid this location
One of the worst restaurant management experiences I’ve had anywhere. The manager was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and seemed completely incapable of operating his own business under even mild pressure. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet our group was essentially turned away because he couldn’t manage it. If basic customer service and group coordination are too much to handle, he should seriously reconsider being in this industry.
