Fantastic water taxi. We went on a Thursday morning, staff was professional and courteous. The boats look different from other companies, like they were built on Gilligan's Island. If you want to save time take Uber to 10 lower Spadina. There is a pull-in there for taxis. Get out and walk about 40 ft towards the red umbrellas. A 5-minute wait and then you're on the island in 10 minutes. I'm guessing some people take the free ferry on the way back but we took the same water taxi and had it all to ourselves.
