I went for a spray tan, which I have never had before. It was a piece of cake. When I got out of the booth I was kinda mortified with the results, my arms were splotchy with dark and light spots where I didn't get hit with the tanning spray. Total fail! Wendy the Manager was great to help, she gave me a free spray tan and some corrector spray. She saved the day. Tiki Tan in Middlebury is the best ! Always clean beds are great , as far as knowledge customer service Wendy Lark is the best !! Smiles through her pain and so friendly

I love Tiki Tan Middlebury. Clean salon and beds . Customer service is A+ Wendy is always smiling and friendly , she is very knowledgeable about lotions and beds. Highly recommend

Went to tan today. When I got there the girl was nowhere around. She came in apologizing saying she was out at her car because her phone needed charged. I was told I get a free upgrade today and can go to red light therapy bed and then to upgraded tanning bed. I get out of red light bed, get dressed, and realize there was someone in the bed they told me to go to and no employee around. I waited a few minutes for her. She apologized again saying she didn't realize she had an appointment coming in for that bed. I could wait or... read more

I have tanned off and on at Tiki Tan in Middlebury over the years. While there have been employees that have come and gone, Wendy is hands down the best!! She is always friendly and offers products she thinks I’d like, all with a smile on her face! The salon is also the cleanest it’s ever been!!
