Machines are always “broken”—translation: no one wants to clean them. Every bed I’ve used has missing or old bulbs, so you leave with a blotchy, uneven tan. The rooms are dirty, and the front desk staff have the energy of a DMV on a Monday. I’ve tried to give this place a fair shot, but it’s clear no one here cares. Don’t waste your time.
Rude service and their “new” bed is already broken.
Excellent place
The place is nice, but almost always have to wait or downgrade to a lower level bed? Other option is pay to upgrade? Give us a credit or something? I can’t always wait 20 minutes or more, but I want what I pay for?
