The floor staff was always very nice but management was very rude and unprofessional.
Business has been closed since 7/23/2019 with no explanation, reopening date or anything! Wouldn't the courteous thing to do would be to contact your customers to inform them? Is that too much to ask for? You are taking our money, probably dumping into your other businesses in town i.e. laundry mats, and evicted for not paying rent! Got a new debit card today. Took it to them the day my payment is due. They charged a $15 late fee. How is it late if it’s due today? Would not even budge on the fee. Come on Tiki. Your customer service S U C K S
Update: i usually get a membership for the summer time and then cancel for the other months...i ran into problems last year but decided to come back anyways my mistake i should have known once a problem always a problem..however after this month I will not return even if I have to go out of my way to tan else where or pay more. These people are in it for the money and could careless.
