Amazing location. Well equipped rooms. Teagan from the front desk was great. Understaffing seemed to be a problem throughout the whole of penticton, not just at the hotel, so keeping that in mind we were able to adjust our expectations and truly enjoy our experience. Absolutely will stay here again and again and again. Thanks for making our first time in Penticton the very best.
Amazing penticton waterfront location! Seamless booking process! Rooms were tidy and spacious, but definitely lived in. It was great for a one night getaway but probably wouldn’t stay there more than that!
This was a family trip. Lots to see and do in the area. A bit dated in some areas and some rooms.
My family and I stayed for one night in July 2025. Our stay exceeded our expectations. (I write this as the husband to a daughter of a motel and bar owner (ret.), so it'd be hard NOT to have some 2nd hand experience in how a motel ought to be operated). This is why: The People. The two behind the counter are amazing people. I spoke at length with Teagan upon arrival, and again with Emma in the morning before I left. Great characters, honest, hard working, no BS people.
