over two weeks now where now BOTH of my lay down beds in the category I pay for for unlimited tanning per month are out of service?? Zero customer service implemented to supplement for this loss. The conversion of tanning as an owner is great, so you are telling me you can’t offer at least a free lotion, upgrade etc during this time they are now both out of order?? Tiki image is the best!! I came for my junior prom. Everyone needs to go to Izzy she’s the sweetest and helped me sm. I adore her!!
I want to share this so others don’t have to deal with this. First, I want to thank the associate who helped me with the issue as best as she could. I don’t want to name them for privacy but she knows who she is. Apparently Beach Bum and Tiki merged. First red flag. Anyway, I had no idea because I had not been in Oct/Nov and the email they had on file for me was not accurate. I got a call on Tues 11/18 letting me know Oct and Nov payment failed.
