The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had with a contractor. He took our deposit and then cancelled on us 3 days in a row (palms weren't ready, truck broke down, truck broke down again). At that point I asked for deposit back, which he promised, but now he doesn't answer phone or texts. He has lost multiple times in small claims and has never paid those debts. Gave the owner deposit and he completed 20% of the work then walked off the job. DO NOT USE!!!!
BE AWARE!!! The only reason I went with this company is because he built my fist Tiki a few years back. Not so lucky this time... He took our deposit and then canceled on us multiple times (logs weren't ready). Then he started not responding back, he does not pick up the phone or answer texts and Facebook messages. At that point I asked for deposit back, but receive no response. I posted some negative comments on his Facebook page but he deleted them so we know he is looking and receiving all communications.
