Just experienced the craziest 4th of JULY at Margaritaville! My family and I showed up around 11am and the place was booming! Lots of people, live dj and my kids were having a blast! The servers and bartenders were exceptional. Always had a smile on there face but my wife and I noticed one girl who was busting her butt off. Her name is Ashley Coy and we saw this girl move Powerade, water, and cases of liquor/soda all around the pool. Ava was awesome. Down for my birthday and she was the only one that acknowledged me.
The food was enjoyable, but the service could have been better. Our server, Ella, seemed very busy and semi annoyed. After our food was delivered, no one checked back with us to see if we needed refills or anything else. I would have appreciated a quick check-in, as I wanted more water but wasn’t sure when I would have the opportunity to ask. Overall, the experience was okay, but a little more attentiveness would have made it much better.
We come to the ozarks every year but this is our first year at margaritaville, our bartender was Cara and she was amazing, when I say amazing she was bubbly, informative, attentive and just all around incredible. By far the best bartender we have had on the entire lake. We've had some good ones but she's top them all! Exceptional service Cara and tikihut margaritaville
