Thanks for sending me a survey because I was not pleased with my visit although you apologized it’s just unprofessional for you as a receptionist Josh to not bring your doctor up-to-date on her schedule and then you don’t see the patients side where I’m already on that side of town and then you tell me we can do a television visit but I can’t hang around for an hour to do a Tele visit.
