Horrible company to deal with! I have purchased real thatch from them over 10 years ago and it was great quality and it lasted as long as they predicted. I purchased the same product 2 years ago, the price went up but that was to be expected with inflation but it was half the size and way cheaper quality, it only lasted 1 summer. I visited this store today and was served by one of your team members. It was a very unpleasant experience as she was unhelpful and quite abrupt with us!!! Your products are amazing however the service left me disappointed.
We had Tiki do a roof on a addition that had a flat roof and covered deck and decks. They not only came in with the best quote but they improved our project so it would last longer and ensured certain methods were used so our deck won't shift. They were on time everyday, worked hard and a super friendly crew who answered all our questions. They even provided suggestion to make our designbetter! They were able to complete in a timely manner and before summer so we can enjoy our new covered deck! Thank you guys!
