Scheduled an appt for a pedicure at 9. The owner called me back and said she was moving my appt to 10 so I didn't have to wait. Well, got to my appt at 10 and I was greeted with "what do you need". I said, i already explained what i needed done when I scheduled my appt. Immediately the 2 ladies there, started speaking Vietnamese. Talking about me, i'm sure!! Very rude!! I went there for my acrylic nails remover, they did very unprofessional work, haven’t filed my nails and cut so badly and left all prickly, they destroyed my nail bed upto it starts paining.

Rough service. I had bleeding skin and in quite a bit of pain in my pedicure. The technician acknowledged the bad service while the staff told me to ask for a gentle service next time. A basic pedicure should never result in bleeding. Not a pleasant or professional experience at all.
