Stingy with the meat portions I wash shocked and in disbelief. I’m glad it wasn’t my money that paid for it
Had a bad experience at Tijuana Flats. The younger guy helping us was rude and dismissive both over the phone and in person when I asked about queso sizes., wanted to speak to the manager about the situation… however the manager was nearby chatting with a friend, loudly cursing and completely unbothered. Super unprofessional environment—definitely not coming back to the location.
Very disappointed with how rude the gentleman at the Togo register was. If a guest is confused about sizes of sauce, simply inform them politely. My interaction with this team member went completely opposite. Food is amazing here as always. The hospitality was not at its best. Manager on shift was cursing up a storm to a friend while we were trying to sort out our issues with the disrespectful team member.
good service bad quality food. What happened to this restaurant? It used to be so delish. Sad....
