Everything was as you'd expect it to be. Very friendly at the counter and the food was alright. A little on the pricey side and the young lady who served us asked if we wanted "chips and salsa".......WE THOUGHT this was complementary as it is with most of these types of places but when we got the bill......we realized it wasn't. It felt a bit deceptive. It should BE KNOWN that "chips and salsa" are not complimentary here at Tijuana Flats. Overall, not bad.
This location is extremely unprofessional. The general manager, Victoria Syed, was incredibly rude. I came in for the Veterans Day deal, and she walked up to the register talking on her personal phone. During my order, she took another call and seemed completely unaware of what was going on with today’s promotion. The previous time I came it took 40 minutes to make a chicken quesadilla to go.
