Waited over 30 mins for our dine in order… the people that ordered after us were almost done eating. Walked up to the counter to ask about my food and it was never sent to the kitchen. They were very unapologetic about it and had to wait even longer to get our food. It’s literally been over a hour right now and still don’t have our food . Probably will not be back.
This is the worst Tijuana flats I have ever had to deal with. The staff working have the worst attitude, service, and work ethics. Everytime I order food from the St Lucie West location in store it’s a minimum 30 minute wait, and online orders are at least 10 minutes longer than the scheduled time. The staff are talking and on their phones while my food is sitting on the counter waiting to be handed to me. It really is a shame because I love the food that Tijuana has to offer, I’m just tired of dealing with the poor customer... read more
