It’s absolutely ridiculous that the girl in charge had the balls to lie twice to me 🤬🤯 first that I got 20% off for my kids Deland football it clearly says 15% ( what ever it’s for the kids) then to tell me the chimichangas don’t get cheese on them that it’s inside of them. The menu clearly says covered in cheese. Short staff or not … don’t lie when it’s in black and white on the menu the pictures on the receipt. This is actually despicable. I don’t care how busy you are, to make a QUESADILLA this wrong is laughable. A simple order; cheese onions and jalapeno. I got two slivers of a jalapeno across an entire tortilla meanwhile you have overflowing onion, unmelted cheese and ingredients that shouldn’t even be there (tomato and what looks like sour cream?) This is disgusting. Do better! And if you think people that order through apps don’t look at their food… WE DO! And we care! I wanted a nice meal and got this slop instead, just wow!
We ordered 4 meals for dine in and sat there for 30 minutes watching everyone else who came in after us receive their food.. I finally went and asked where our food was and the manager by the name of Erik said an employee gave it to someone else? Never offered to remake it, never apologized, just completely acted like this was a normal occurrence.. as he asked for our name to give us a refund.
