Usually fantastic. Server gave my order to wrong person, then they took 20min to serve me with the wrong order. Asked for a refund as I had lost my allotted lunch time and got tremendous attitude from one of the servers and really no acknowledgment of the error from manager. Pretty disappointing experience.
The whole family enjoys eating here. We love the hot sauce bar . Plenty of vegetarian options and easy to modify your meal. Atom bombs and the desserts are pretty amazing too. 2024 update: the nachos were the most disappointing I've ever had at any location since this chain opened. 2025: it has been much better this year.
I used to love this place but after yesterday’s interaction probably won’t be going back. It was 9:07 pm Friday night, closing time is 9:30pm, my husband and i decided to walk into this establishment we picked a few items off the menu which came up to $40. The cashier didn’t even explain that there was a promotion going on nor explained that my meal would be more because of the kind of meat i ordered instead she choose to argue with me about the pricing.
