None of the tables were clean, my chips and tacos came out soggy and falling apart from the chicken, and when I tried to order an extra side of queso I was completely ignored. Thoroughly disappointing.
Ordered take out food. The burritos did not have queso on them. Salad dressing forgotten and no guacamole in the salad. Unfortunately, this is not the first time TF has made a mistakes on my order. TF continues to disappoint.
Terrible customer service wife came in to get her food replaced after the GM “Paul” said come in no problem then when she came and immediately profiled because of her color while interrogating her about what we got on a burritos I would not recommend coming here if you’re a person of color it’s people like this that ruin businesses
We have been going to this location since it opened. Lately the last 5-6 times we’ve placed online orders there has been something from our order forgotten. It’s frustrating when you’re charged for something and on the receipt it clearly states you paid for it and they just fail to forget it. This location used to be amazing but forgetting things each time is just very frustrating. It makes us not want to come back which is a shame because we love the food. But that is just very poor service.
