Waited for food more than 20 minutes. We had to keep asking about the rest of the food for it table. One order had chicken flasks and the meat was salty.

I placed an order in the car in front of Tijuana came and there was one person at the register. I was the second person in line. I told her I have a mobile order for dine in she said OK and went to the back. I still waited at a table for at least 15 to 20 minutes for my order to get wrapped up in the bag. As a pickup order, the sweet tea was not sweet at all. I added two Splenda’s still not sweet. I didn’t even take it to go with me. Placed a to-go order from Tijuana Flats in Ocoee on 9/18/25 and it was a complete disaster. Multiple items were wrong. One meal was supposed to be dairy-free with double meat—it came drenched in cheese and sour cream with barely 3–4 pieces of chicken. The double meat was dumped onto another entree that was just meat and rice—no toppings, despite requesting them. Chips were crushed, queso was congealed, and everything was lukewarm at best. I placed an order on line for this evening at 8:41 pm. The specials two soft tacos with EVERYTHING, NO JALAPEÑOS was inside. However when, I picked it up, the woman who was at the counter gave the bag to me with NO UTENSILS. I had to asked her for the sweet tea, she only gave me one. I said to her it was two orders, she then told me, that's the last drop of the sweet tea. So I got an orange drink. Very disappointed with the service
