They just can't ever seem to get it right. We went in late on Friday night (3-21-25), around 9:22pm, store closes at 10pm. Normally when I get take out, there is always something wrong with the order or something missing. This time, when I get home I pull out my Beef burrito and it seems a little flimsy, normally its pretty thick where this was a limp burrito. Service is great, food was great, but I should not have to ask you to put toilet paper in the restroom! Paper towels on the floor and not one roll of toilet paper. Last restroom check was at 1pm and it's now 5pm with no other employee signing off that they checked the restroom. When I told an employee that there was no toilet paper, she asked me which one. Been twice once on a Tuesday first thing at 11am and Thursday at 11am. Each time long time wait for food when not busy. 25mins for two tacos is crazy. Been to several other locations for years and never had issues. Even other customers complained and lady said it was normal. Won’t be back to this location. New location maybe needs work.
They are a little slow but the food is good.
