Tijuana was fine. The hot sauce buffet was cool. It would be better is several of the hot sauce pumps went broken. I have no need to go back.
Got here around 8pm, no one was at the front counter. 20 min went buy there were a few employees who walked toward the front then just continued to talk and hang out in the back. Finally someone came to the front and said "uhhh yea, so we have alot of online orders that we need to complete, so we are going to be like another 20 min" and then he walked back into the kitchen. Odd location. Wasn't bad, wasn't great. Staff was friendly.
Walked in and were sarcastically greeted by teenagers from the back laughing and screaming welcome. Went to the register where no one would come until a guy reluctantly came, followed by the girl joking with him in the back over his shoulder laughing as he again, reluctantly took my order. If these are the people running the restaurant and not acting professionally I don't need them making my food. Walked out.
