When you pay top dollar at a place like Tii Gavo at Enchantment Resort, you expect the culinary execution to match the view. Instead, the roasted chicken was so utterly devoid of flavor it tasted like it had been boiled, leaving me to rely entirely on tabasco to make it edible. The side dish was passable, but the portion was so tiny it barely registered on the plate. Views 20/10 Drinks 9/10 Service 11/10 Food 3/10 If we came there for food, I'd be disappointed. Mushrooms were good. Chicken was not good. Baked, in sauce - yet dry. Beef medallions were ok, not memorable. But we came for drinks and views, so it's all ok.
