Had my windshield replaced. When I got home it was already cracked. Called and they said to come in. When I came in the next morning they said that a rock must have hit it again! We live 10 minutes away and that is absolutely impossible. They said that they would not replace it. Had to cancel the transaction through my CC, but that took 2 months. Don't use these terrible people, if you read the real reviews on Yelp you'll get a feeling for who they are! There are much better places to fix your windows. So, so so disappointed... read more
This is a lazy sloppy business, the woman at the front desk even made the remark about one of her coworkers who does the windshield replacement saying he gets lazy and rushes. they did a windshield for us and not long after driving we noticed there was air coming thru the top of the windshield we called they said bring it by whenever, and we end up parking the car to sell it, never happened. So many time companies are nice until after the purchase is made. It is very unfortunate that not only was the glass scratched, but they broke our air vents inside our car during installation. I tried talking to the owner and he denied going inside and basically they are not going to do anything about it. The vent wasn't broken when we brought the car in and now it is. Very simple to evaluate. I do not recommend Tigris.The receptionist, Amber basically changed her whole demeanor and said it's out of her hands."
TL;DR: If your vehicle is damaged by Tigris Auto Glass in any way you will be made a mockery of and the owner will not acknowledge responsibility. If you look through other customer feedback regarding Tigris, it mirrors my experience. Some speak to various levels of damage done while in their care. Most, All of these examples were left unresolved. I STRONGLY recommend you avoid doing business with Tigris under any circumstances. just got my windshield replaced e excellent job , fast about 1 hour wait great price highly recommend!
I tried calling so many places and no one wanted to help me. (I had a leak) I called Tigris and they said bring your car in and we’ll take a look. Got in and they took care of me, no questions asked and found the leak instantly. And made repair in 10 minutes! Friendly and helpful. Thank You guys!!!
