Had an incident with one of their policy holders. Amy was respectful and polite, she talked to me with respect. On the other hand Craig Barrett completely rude and disrespectful told me to stop calling his office, wouldn’t let me speak nor talk to someone higher then him! He was very unprofessional and immature!
We’ve been trying to get a quote for our semi truck and they will NOT return our calls for nothing.. I would suggest you all need to respond back in a timely manner.. this is not very professional.. do better or we will take our business elsewhere.. it’s just ridiculous… we’ve called and sent text messages and your ole boy will not text back or return any of our calls.. this is the office out of Murray Kentucky!!
