I had an appointment with this cardiologist on January 7, 2026. Before the appointment, I underwent an ECG; afterward, the cardiologist himself came in, asked a few questions about my condition and what was troubling me, and reviewed the ECG—yet he offered no explanation regarding the results, despite the presence of abnormalities. The office workers have been terrible. They don't answer the phone. After trying for a few days, someone finally picked up, but the person was careless, didn't answer any of my questions, and hung up on me without scheduling an appointment. I had to call my insurance company and complain.
Tried to call them for 2 weeks to try to get an appointment. No one cared to answer the phone. Worst customer service so far I have encountered. Save yourself some time and choose a different location for a check up
