On multiple occasions my husband has arrived to his appointments on time. Checks in and then is left in a room for over an hour. He has walked out before and discussed this with Dr Mamo. We understand that every patients care is important and time is necessary for proper care, but his time is equally important and a courtesy update goes a long way.
