I scheduled an appointment at this establishment for 4:30 with a Robert James. I arrived 10 min. early as per my usual self, sat down and waited for the barber which had stepped out. Tell me why 20min. after my appt. time still no Mr. James. After 15 min passed I decided to leave when another barber told me he had just spoken to Mr. James and he was at the light. I left out at 4:50, never to look back. If you have an appt. scheduled be on-time for it. You make a living off clientele and customer sevice.
