Cardwell gave me great service with appraising my mobile home. He came out and thoroughly walked every room and the exterior. Since some information isn't available on internet sites he went the extra mile and reached out to the mobile home park owner. I believe it's because the home is brand new with no history on the internet. He didn't give up and also offered to come out on a Saturday but the park owner isn't in on Saturdays.
